Senior Shipping Officer
Job Matcher Responsibilities:
- Handle full set I/E shipping documentation & L/C shipment
- Manage import and export shipments
- Liaise with forwarder, 3PL warehouse, customers, internal departments on shipment to ensure on time shipment
- Prepare reports
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
*Candidates with less experience will be considered as Shipping Officer. - Minimun 5-6 years of Shipping/Logistics experience in Trading company, preferably in Garment and accessories like shoes, hang bag... etc.
- Familiar with L/C and incoterms
- Experience in Tradelink
- Good command in English and Mandarin
- Strong communication skills with ability to handle multi tasks independent
- Well-organized and attentive to details
- Responsible, initiative and able to work under pressure
- Good PC skills and MS excel
