We are looking for a talented high calibre Senior Sous Chef / Sous Chef to join us.
To assist the Executive Chef in the direction and oversight of all culinary operations, to include, but not limited to, preparation and production of all food quality and presentation, compliance with all safety and sanitation standards and regulation, team member productivity and performance, implementation of policies and procedures, cost controls and overall profitability.
To create and implement menu selections with the Executive Chef.
To manage food ordering and inventory control for maintaining optimum level of ingredients and stock at kitchen.
To assist food costs management and production control for reducing wastage.
To assist in monitoring and developing team members’ performance, providing supervision, assisting with evaluations, training, scheduling and assigning work.
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Fine dining and Michelin Star restaurant specialized in French cuisine.
Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premium fine dining restaurant.
Creative and quality-oriented Team player, hard worker, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English.

Additional annual leave after 1 year of service completed with a maximum 18 days AL in total;
