To assist and elevate the adidas brand (Sport Style - Originals) esp. in digital channel as the best sports brand in HK.
Implementation: to plan and execute the marketing campaigns and social media activation, manage all the social platforms and on-going website maintenance.
Processes : Implement processes that enable the digital function following the marketing plans.
Budget: Follow the digital budget as set per the marketing plan
Planning and Execution
Assist in development of digital plan and execute the marketing campaigns on digital related materials such as digital, consumer activation, social media platforms and brand website, etc for adidas (Sport Style - Originals).
Support non-campaign products through own/earned social media platforms and brand websites
Create marketing support assets such as key visuals and moving content
Collaborate with other marketing functions (PR and Brand Communications) to execute an integrated marketing plan
Analyze and evaluate campaign effectiveness with supporting data and references
Monitor competitors’ activities and provide proactive suggestions to defend our position in the market
Management of Marketing Working Budget spend reports and tracking sheets; follow internal finance procedures; on-going commitment forms and payment request management
System and Processes
Develop digital content/ material
Recommendation of digital content from global materials + recommendation on local adaptation
Work closely with China and global to leverage resources and adapt to Hong Kong needs
Working closely with agencies and media for own, bought & earned media
Develop and monitor media plans – work closely with agencies to create competitive media advantages for adidas and develop integrated media plan.
Maintain close relationships with key media, partners, blogger, KOLs and snearkerhead commuity
Explore any new media opportunities
Execute the tracking system to continuously understand consumer insight/attitude and take-away of our completed program, help adidas to identify more business opportunity and adjust marketing strategy.
Ad hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or Department heads
Minimum of 4-5 years experience in the marketing department of a global consumer goods brand or advertising agency serving global consumer goods brands
University Degree in multi-media / marketing or related field is needed
Good knowledge and background of the sports/ street fashion and trends
Passion for digital / social environment

Proficient in MS applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
