Key accountabilities:

  • Serve as first point of contact for a range of HR queries and requests
  • Responsible for HRIS (WORKDAY) input and update
  • Providing(or directing to) guidance on standard process, policy and system use
  • Making administrative updates to HR systems as appropriate
  • Implementing new/improved HR processes in collaboration with the HR Operations team
  • Liaising with other business service functions to progress shared process
  • Producing HR documentation in order to deliver end to end HR process
  • Process work visa and assist in employees relocation  

Professional skills:

  • Understanding of group processes, policy and best practice
  • Understanding of basic HR system administration
  • Analytical mindset
  • Basic understanding of employee relations and case management

Key Experiences:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years HR administrative experience
  • Hand-on experience in using WORKDAY system is definitely an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful, positive thinking, self-motivated and results-driven team leader/player
  • Solid ground in employment legislation and compliance initiatives
  • Good analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Well-developed time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong sense of urgency and flexibility
  • Maintain employee data in professional and confidential approach
