Senior Supervisor, Accounts and Administration

The Job

  • Prepare monthly statement, schedule and reports for Customer Service Department
  • Follow up of Accounts Receivable status
  • Perform month end closing
  • Manage and monitor clerical & administration support in the department
  • Coordinate with other Business and Function Units within or outside Customer Service for daily operation
  • Compile regular and ad hoc reports to assist management review on internal service performance as well as external service partners
  • Handle enquiries and provide service support to work counterparts as necessary
  • Maintain data entry and SAP system updating
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments as required

The Person

  • Degree or above in Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in business administration and accounts receivable
  • Strong supervisory and problem solving skills, equipped with process management concept
  • Analytical, detail minded and strong sense to integrate
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in English & Chinese word processing and MS Office applications
  • Working Location: Kwai Hing
