Main Responsibilities

  • Follow up with related parties like FCD / LPS / RCS/ CS / Special Assets / Complaint for problematic cases and/or unreconciled items.
  • Monitor daily operations workflow and resources and streamline procedures.
  • Check merchant settlement for Visa/MasterCard/ Jetco/ EPSCO etc, mail-in check/ autopay/ maintenance and related reports.
  • Check regular returns for Visa/ MasterCard/ UnionPay/ Jetco etc
  • Check and endorse for corrective GL entry adjustments as well as check reconciliation to ensure full documentation in place.
  • Monitor outstanding open items and transfer balance to BankControl / P&L accounts accordingly.
  • Recommend workable ideas for new product launch / ad hoc campaign / improvements in workflow, productivity and service level as well as revise procedures if needed.
  • Handle procedures manual review, other ad hoc projects and participate in meeting if necessary.
  • Facilitate UAT for ad hoc/ on-going projects and assist in administrative control.


  • HKDSE or above
  • Holder of LCCI Higher certificate is preferable.
  • Minimum 3-year experience in banking industry with 2 years supervisory role
  • Customer oriented and attentive.
  • Multi-tasking, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English / Mandarin is preferable.
  • Good PC knowledge e.g. MS Office
