  • To provide 1st tier support to customer;
  • Deployment of Cloud computing platforms, including Google Apps for Business and Amazon Web Services;
  • Product migration and upgrade project support;
  • Self-motivated, good and proactive communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Support Engineer.


  • Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines;
  • Good knowledge in technologies and protocols such as Email System, DNS, VMware and Active Directory;
  • Good understanding of Windows Server platform OS administration;
  • Ability to identify complex problems and implement creative, data-driven solutions;
  • Good communication skill, analytical & problem solving skills, and capable of preparing technical documentation;
  • Fresh graduate with good IT knowledge will also be considered;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • Immediate available is an advantage.


  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix platform
