Senior System Administrator / System Administrator

Main Duties:

  • To provide capacity planning for system and network in order to support the business growth
  • Assist in system infrastructure design and work closely with development team to build and maintain a high and resilience infrastructure environment
  • Develop procedures and manuals to enhance operational efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance, setup and configuration on Wintel infrastructure environment
  • Provide trouble shooting service, analyze system logs and identify potential issues in IT/Networking and support off-site users
  • Oversee and maintain the network connectivity across offices/ sites
  • Assist with both ad-hoc and system deployment projects

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science/ IT/ related discipline
  • Holder of any Microsoft certifications is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of solid working experience in a similar role
  • With strong technical knowledge for Microsoft Servers, Virtualization, backup solutions, storage and etc.
  • Sound knowledge in IT networking, remote desktop tools/ solutions and security devices
  • Any Cloud exposure/ knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Team player with good interpersonal skill
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as System Administrator
