Senior/ System Analyst (Legacy Innovations and Provisioning, VAS & Backend)

Responsibilities:

• Provide application system development through evaluating current systems capability and identify new system requirements
• Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features
• Collaborate with other IT teams and developers to produce new systems, implementation and production deployment
• Provide supervision to 2nd-level support team for handling daily system/customer support activities
• Update system and operation documentation to improve operational effectiveness

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or relatedfields
• At least 6 years' solid experience in IT backend systems including SMS applications system & high-volume transaction system
• At least 3 years solid experience in programming and system design
• Familiar with HTTP API and Web server Administration
• Operating Systems knowledge inLinux/Unix
• Database/ Network knowledge in Oracle DB
• Programming language knowledge in Java, Python, SQL
• Soft Skills in team supervisory skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English good command of spoken in Mandarin
• Provide emergency remote support when needed (occasional)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as System Analyst
