Should you join our Insurance business, you will focus on maintaining close relationships with our corporate and individual customers, and providing them with premium service. You will also be expected to develop new insurance products and distribution channels to meet the changing needs of customers in a dynamic environment.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior System Development and In-force Management Manager.


Principal responsibilities:

  • Oversee and monitor the setup of individual life products and conduct user acceptance test for new individual life products
  • Provide support on Life 400 New Business implementation, day 2 development and system enhancement e.g. future upgrade of administration system, the Life Insurance Manufacturing Modernization (LMM) project
  • Work with multiple stakeholders (Operations, Products, Finance, HOST, etc.) for in-force production fixes and assist in subsequent implementation
  • Provide support for ongoing regulatory projects e.g.  GN16, Premium Levy, HK RBC, etc.
  • Formulate reinsurance programs including reinsurance administration and for various risk management, yield and ALM enhancement with focus on in-force portfolio
  • Provide support on persistency management by channel with in-depth analysis and collaborate with business lines to design specific in-force initiatives with the aim of improving persistency levels
  • Recommend and review the regular KPI produced for a better in-force management by customer segment, product type, duration, etc.


  • University degree in Business Administration, Insurance or related discipline 
  • Minimum 10 years of life insurance experience with proven exposure in system development and In-force Management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
