Support and maintain internal infrastructures including servers, SAN Storage, routers, switches, firewalls, laptop & desktop computers, printers, phones and security updates
Support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs and network segments
Monitor data center’s health using pre-existing management tools, respond to hardware issues and assist to build, test & maintain new servers as required
Perform server administration tasks, such as user / group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, event log warning & error researches, resource monitoring and ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly
Interact with help desk & other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause and provide technical support if necessary
Perform routine / scheduled audits and backups of systems
Assist in open sales events’ onsite support, emergency maintenance or projects that require zero to little down time for users in the office
Manage IT vendors, contracts & service-level agreements and perform vendor risk assessments
Co-ordinate internal & external resources, timetables and budgets to ensure the fulfilment of Company’s compliance & IT polices
Create volumes, assign servers and remote replication
Requirements:
Degree in IT or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years’ work experience in IT
Possess Windows 7 / 10 certification; MCSE & CCNA is a must
Proven experience of both hardware & software support
Solid experience in project management & cloud computing and administering / managing MS AD / MS Exchange / MS 365 / VMware / HyperV / Veeam
Experience in or knowledge of Linux system administration, scripting languages such as Powershell & operating systems, current equipment & technologies, enterprise backup & recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery and caching
Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in English & Chinese
Extensive experience in MS & VM Systems administration and SAP support is an advantage
Willing to assist during non-working hours (i.e. weekends)
