Senior Systems Analyst, Enterprise Applications

Responsibilities:

  • Provides new and innovative alternative solutions to Dynamics AX system and ERP application challenges.
  • Advise, support and execute system configuration changes, adhering to configuration management principles.
  • Defines application problems by conferring with users; evaluating procedures and processes.
  • Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide second level support and troubleshooting of Enterprise Applications systems.
  • Coordinate application development and testing for the resolution of incidents and enhancements, including validating results by testing programs.
  • Assist in managing an outsource relationship for 3rd party application development and programming consultants.
  • Analyze data contained in the ERP database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions.
  • Verify database and data integrity of ERP systems.
  • Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, work instructions, user guides, etc all the while complying to standards and guidelines.
  • Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications.
  • Work with various global stakeholders in providing support and maintenance users of the Enterprise Applications system which includes Dynamics AX.
  • Serve as a liaison and facilitator between all business units to assist in addressing and resolving ERP issues.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Dynamics AX ERP design and implementation
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business or equivalent
  • Excellent English & Mandarin oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities
