This role, reporting to the Talent Manager, will be responsible for all talent acquisition activities and the trainee / internship program in Hong Kong.
You’ll need to operate with a fast-paced, commercially savvy and energetic manner. Covering Hong Kong and supporting regional offices within Asia, there will be many new and exciting challenges along the way!
For this role, your day to day responsibilities will include:
Managing the recruitment process from taking a detailed job brief to sourcing, interviewing and supporting a new starter through their onboarding journey.
Interface with internal stakeholders across all business functions clarifying expectations and roles of each stakeholder involved in the recruitment process.
Engage in innovative talent mapping efforts for the purposes of building H-OI candidate pipeline as well as to provide market intelligence to the business.
Reporting and using data analytics to support sourcing strategies
Employer branding at external career functions
Exploring new and innovative ways to improve the talent acquisition process
Champion of our Trainee / Internship program
Ad Hoc projects
Fluent in written and spoken English
Strong recruitment search tools skills: LinkedIn, Job Boards, Boolean Search Strings, etc.
Proven experience in conducting competency based interview questions
