Senior Team Manager (Contact Centre/ Banking)

Our client is seeking a high caliber to join their team as Senior Team Manager:


  • To lead, coach, motivate and develop a team of agents in an inbound contact centre environment
  • Handle disputes and customer complaints or suspected fraud case when needed
  • Responsible for the effectiveness of call agents' performance
  • Deliver upon KPIs which in line with business strategies and regulatory requirements
  • Understand Business Intelligence data and be able to translate into individual team performance plans
  • Plan and prioritise work according to importance, business impact and operational risk
  • Maintain internal control standards, implement and observe internal compliance policies


  • University degree holder, preferably in Finance, Business or related discipline
  • Solid experience in managing a team through coaching and mentoring
  • Good customer service mindset and committed to service excellence
  • Familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements in particular on insurance and investment products
  • Sound knowledge of Retail Banking and Wealth Management financial products
  • Insurance and Investment license holders are preferred
  • Willing to perform shift duties, including weekends and public holidays if required
