Senior / Technical Account Manager - Sales and Operations

  • 3+ years / IT or Technical Account Manager role
  • Building trust, delivering high-quality work and upsell existing clients

  • Developing strong client relationships to establish trust and ensure service excellence
  • Responsible for client satisfaction, upsell and project management for existing clients
  • Work closely with IT vendors to find the best solutions for the customers
  • Be the main driver for selected larger company projects  


  • Bachelor degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Management preferred) 
  • Solid experience from working with Consulting /Account Management and Project Management within IT
  • Broad knowledge of IT products (Infrastructure, MS Applications, Office 365, Hardware, Cabling, Cloud solutions etc.) 
  • Customer oriented with strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Excellent communications skills /fluent in English and Cantonese required
