Senior Technical Officer / Technical Officer (Civil Network)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the relevant Team both internal and external parties on site.
• Assist Manager in coordination of technical issues in associated with civil activities.
• Ensure effective project management of responsible projects’ activities including the site supervision of contractors, assurance of material and manpower resources management.;
• Participate in constructability and risk assessment to ensure the design of the projects to meet Company requirement.
• Support the evaluation and issues of the Request for Proposal / Invitation to Tender documents that will be used to select the Engineering Consultants and the Contractors for the project.
• Liaise with UU and attend external meetings with HKSAR Government Departments.
• Certification of the Contractor Invoices, site measurement and problem solving the difficulties among the parties as well.
• Familiar with Hyd -XPMS works flows and permit application.

Job Requirements:

• HD in civil engineering or related discipline
• 1-2 years relevant experience in civil network or related field.
• Familiar with Highway requirement and the process of permit application.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good interpersonal / communication skills
• Good written and spoken English. The ability to speak Cantonese would be advantage
