Senior Technical Services Engineer (Contracts Administrator) (Ref: 20001944)

The Department

Our Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.

The Job

You will:

  • Own the complete process of services and materials procurement in the form of club-wide contracts for property facility management, from tracking status to contract closures.
  • Work with all stakeholders to resolve any contract issues in on-going operation.
  • Work closely with various HKJC departments and sections to manage property facility management contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including government authorities for necessary contracts for licensing renewal and related issues to fulfil operational needs
  • devise and maintain a comprehensive contracts and related license renewal plan, monitor and estimate the schedule for contracts and license renewals
  • Work with various stakeholders to optimize cost and performance of all contracts
  • provide key performance indicators to monitor the contract performance of Property facility management
  • Continuously improve contract procurement processes.

About You

You should have:

  • a degree in Building Services Engineering / Building Surveying / Environment Management or related discipline
  • at least 5 years relevant experience in property facility management and contracts management.
  • Familiarize with facility management services and materials contracts, eg specifications, bill of quantity, terms and conditions.
  • practical experience in operating Maximo, Oracle or other computerized maintenance management systems would be an advantage
  • good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
  • hands-on experience in using MS Office applications

Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
