Senior Technical Specialist, Enterprise Solutions

  • Provide consultancy support to sales and pre-sales team
  • Work with project team to deliver enterprise solutions to customers
  • Conduct comprehensive testing on new enterprise product/service in order to deliver the best quality of products/services to customers
  • Evaluate new products/services from partners/vendors
  • Provide technical support on customer workshops and demonstrations of products and services


  • University degree on Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Engineering or related disciplines
  • With minimum 5 years' relevant working experience
  • Experience in pre-sales support and enterprise solution implementation
  • Good knowledge of platform infrastructure such as Linux and VM, and/or software programming
  • Technical knowledge on public/private cloud would be desirable
  • Good analytical skills and attention to details
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Specialist
