(Senior) Technical Support Engineer (USA/UK/Australia/Deutschland/Japan)

Responsibilities:

  1. Be responsible for technical support of customer's communications service.
  2. Understand the customer's technical requirements in order to deliver innovative technical solutions.
  3. Fulfill the profiles of biding in related projects.
  4. Be accountable for evaluating and reporting costs of related projects.
  5. Be responsible for customer's project delivering according to the contract.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Communications Field.
  3. Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin.
  4. CCIE or HCIE is preferred.
