Senior Technical Support Officer

In this role, you will be responsible for hotline technical support and order provisioning. You will also be requested to perform on-site technical support to customer if necessary.

You will have the precious learning opportunity to explore wide array of CLOUD products, platform and solutions riding on Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure, and participate in the critical product development process which will help drive the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second tier hotline technical support to customers
  • Perform trouble-shooting on systems and networks
  • Perform on-site technical support to customer if necessary
  • Handle daily health check to assure system quality and performance
  • Log and update status service ticket in support ticketing system
  • Assist in platform maintenance and development


  • F.5 or above, Certificate/Diploma in IT/Computer Science related subjects is preferable
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support field
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good telephone customer service manner, knows how to professionally communicate with customers
  • Good email composition skills, knows how to professionally write email responses to customers
  • Knowledge in Windows AD, Exchange Server 2007 or later, DNS and Networking
  • Knowledge in Linux Web Hosting, Linux Email (sendmail/postfix) and Linux DNS
  • Knowledge in Office 365 Admin Portal and applications is a big plus
  • Microsoft Certification is an added advantage
  • Customer Service oriented
  • High level of discipline and efficiency
  • Hardworking and willingness to learn and enhance his/her cloud computing knowledge
  • IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
