Responsibilities
- Operate all engineering plants and machinery to ensure they run in good and optimum condition
- Supervise the technicians to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department
- Handle guest complaints on engineering aspects and carry out immediate effective and reasonable solutions
- Carry out both the operational and administrative duties
Qualifications
- Higher Diploma/Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with similar position / Maintenance sectors of Hospitality Industry / Estate Management / Commercial Building
- Working knowledge of all aspects of building systems and operations, contractual maintenance, construction, and related services, and local laws and building codes pertaining to building operations and safety.
- Holder of Electrical Worker License of Grade A or above
- Good communication skills
