Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
Work on the global Natixis IP telephony and Unified communication projects (IPC, Alcatel IPT, Skype, Oracle SBC/EBC, SIP trunking, Cisco Media server CMS)

Depending on the skills (technical and communication), opportunities to lead some of these projects for the region

Regional scope:
Join a regional team fully integrated with Head office

Ensure Natixis assets are properly used and inventoried and monitored

Responsible for ensuring the quality of deliverables (documentation, procedures, reporting, KPI etc.) for his perimeter

Follow up IT Incidents and IT change management with sufficient level of details for his perimeter

Primarily supports and maintains , within Natixis Asia perimeter, including but not limited to:

Trading Telephony

Office telecony

Visio conferencing solutions

Multi-conferencing solution

WAN lines

Monitoring tools and network sniffing appliances telecom

Session border controler (SIP)

Vendor management and relationship with procurement team

Leads and participates in projects, including but not limited to:

Datacentre creation / office setup

Datacentre / Office moves

Deployment of new appliances and servers

Capacity upgrades and hardware renewal

Software upgrades

Datacentre reshuffling / refit

Responsible for ensuring Natixis assets are properly used, inventoried and monitored

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

General skills:
Trading telephony (IPC),

Office telephony (Alcatel IPT)

Unified communication (Skype for business)

SIP protocol (Oracle SBC/EBC, SIP trunking)

Bridging solution (Cisco Media server CMS, Acano)

Video conferencing system (Cisco spark kit, expressway, SX and DX series),

Recording system (Nice, NTR, NIM, Fusion),

Network Troubleshooting (Opnet, Riverbed ARX/ATX)

Network topology (point to point, MPLS, SD WAN)

Monitoring (Centreon, Sentinel)

Fluent in English
