(Senior) Test Analyst

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze the business requirement and prepare test scenarios and test cases
• Evaluate testing resources of the project
• Execute test cases in regular basis or ad-hoc release cycle
• Report defects/issues with details steps
• Co-ordinate with user/IT/project team for issue resolution
• Co-ordinate with business user for UAT execution
• Plan, execute and monitor the testing activities for different applications and systems with cross business teams
• Generate testing progress report for management
• Drive and provide training/guidance to tester for execution

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years related work experience such Business Analyst, Testing, QA, etc, experience in banking or financial industry is preferred
• Experience in leading team of Testers is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills
• Good team player with strong problem-solving skills
• Result oriented, attention to details and able to complete tasks assigned within schedule and budget
• Candidate with more experience may consider as Senior Test Analyst
