Senior Trainer / Education Executive (Beauty)
Our client is a luxury beauty brand and they are looking for a Trainer.
Responsibilities:
- Executive field training & coaching for both existing staff and new joiners
- Plan, design, organize training class and programs
- Prepare training materials & maintain training datavases
- Identify training needs
- Maintain regular communication with staff and monitor performance.
- Any ad-hoc job duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder
- At least 3 years of retail training experience, preferably in beauty sector
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Excellent English and Chinese
