Senior Trainer

What are your responsibilities?
  • Manage the training team to provide customer service, selling, product knowledge training to front-line staff
  • Responsible for the planning of company training strategies to achieve business targets
  • Work closely with various business units and external training parties to identify training needs
  • Evaluate existing training programs’ performance and provide improvement plans
  • Responsible for calculating the training budget
  • In-charge the mystery shopper and train-the-trainer programs to improve customer satisfaction

What are the requirements?
  • Degree holder in related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of retail training experience
  • Solid experience in delivering training and coaching to frontline staff
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Training Officer

Who would be suitable for the position?
  • A good team player with excellent coaching and interpersonal skills
  • Pro-active, resourceful with good initiative and result-oriented
