Senior Training Manager (Digital Learning)

  • Act as Instructional Designer in the Training and Development team to develop web and mobile based learning methods to align with the strategic direction of the company
  • Design eLearning framework and create innovative ideas to cater for different types of audience
  • Coordinates the overall planning, design, and development of all online course content, including new projects and converting existing instructor led learning to an on-line platform
  • Responsible for the production and design of a wide range of eLearning/digital materials, which may incorporate the use of Articulate, Captivate or other popular authoring tools
  • Create materials, which combine various interactive graphics, video and technical elements for use on multiple types of devices
  • Promote the use of digital platform to user
Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Management, IT, Communications or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in which at least 3 years of experience in developing instructionally sound e-learning materials preferably with experience in Articulate , Captivate or other popular authoring tools
  • Working exposure in financial or insurance industries is a PLUS
  • Independent with good organization and communication skills
  • Knowledge of visual communication concepts (i.e. Final Cut, Photoshop, Illustrator) a benefit.
  • Demonstrates strong experience in e-learning design and blended learning approaches
  • Good grasp of updated learning and development technology
  • Proficient in written Chinese and English
