Senior Training Manager/ Training Manager

Job Description:
  • Develop and deliver various training programs in response to training needs and staff development
  • Source and recommend external consultants to provide skill-based training on sales, supervisory management and quality services, etc.
  • Provide support and coordinate training projects
Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration / Learning and Development / Human Resources /Finance or related discipline, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • Minimum 3 years’ related working experience, preferably in sizeable organizations;
  • Sound knowledge of training needs analysis and program development
  • ECF achievement is the definite advantage;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Training Manager. 

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
