  • Assist Training Manager to work with operation management in training course development;
  • Carry out orientation and customer service training to front line staff;
  • Perform training needs analysis for front line staff;
  • Adopt and drive MSP, Service Award programs and coaching;
  • Monitor service standards at shops and provide coaching to ensure all catering outlets are operated in compliance with our Quality Management System;
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and compile reports;
  • Manage customer service related reports.


  • University graduate in Education, Business Administration or equivalent;
  • 3-5 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in catering or retail industry;
  • Training experience in F&B or people development is an advantage;
  • Proactive, outgoing, pleasant and interest in meeting people;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel & Word); excellent in word manual edition;
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese.
