Senior Training Specialist / Assistant Training Manager - HK & Macau

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • At least 5 years' experience in training and development field in luxury retail industry
  • Solid experience in design, development and delivery of training programs, training needs assessment and post-training evaluation
  • Relevant certification in DISC, NLP and coaching are added advantages
  • Open-minded and detailed-oriented; Self-motivated, mature & independent
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Willing to work at shop as a Retail Coach and work under shop's operation roster
  • Immediately available is preferred

Job Duties:
  • Act as a strategic partner with retail team to formulate and execute effective learning and development programs for frontline staff in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Assess training needs and formulate training materials to align with corporate training guidelines, ensure high service quality and enhance sales performance
  • Take full responsibility for enhancing selling techniques, product knowledge, customer service skills and other effective skills of frontline staff
  • Partner with VM team to conduct effective VM training to frontline staff
  • Manage and assess individual KPIs of retail staff and execute plans to motivate frontline staff
  • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs based on the feedback from internal and external customers as well as the KPIs improvement of frontline staff
  • Establish career development and coaching plans for retail staff in accordance with their individual potentials
  • Handle all training related materials, administrative logistics and coordination
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks when assigned
