Senior UXUI Designer

  Your key responsibilities will be in the following areas:
  • Responsible for end-to-end design flow from brainstorming to delivery of wireframes, UI functional specifications, user journeys, and information flows
  • Work closely with the Product Director, Tech Lead and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide practical solutions that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Perform user researches and feasibility studies on UI/UX designs to optimize the digital user experience
  • Understand and adopt industry design standards and best practices to convey ideas and concepts through personas research, storyboard, moodboard, and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to implement innovative solutions for the visuals and interaction experience
  • Maintain consistency and sustainability of core design and apply conceptual thinking to create desirable and feasible user experience across multiple platforms
  • Conduct user feedback research and data analysis to be factored into ongoing product experience enhancement

Required Skills:

  • University degree or above in Design, Multimedia Design, Interactive media, Digital Creative or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in UX and UI design of digital products including web and mobile applications
  • Excellent skills in various UX/UI design tools including Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc)
  • Proven portfolio of previous UI/UX designs with measurable performance is a MUST
  • Professional experience in market and user research, experience optimization, usability studies and testing
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills to express captivating stories and articulate reasons behind design decisions
  • Strong product mindset to innovate and build market leading products
  • Creative, artistic, independent, with good coordination and presentation skills
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques
