Hang Seng's Card Products and Business Development offers a full spectrum of cards and card loan products and services to customers.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Vice President, Card Lending and Portfolio Management.


Principal responsibilities

  • Recommend and implement new business and digital initiatives to grow card loan, card revolving balance and interest income
  • Drive card loan digital straight through project as business owner and lead internal support teams including IT and system, and Operations to deliver the platform development to launch
  • Lead team members to develop/enhance product features and sales channels, optimize risk-balanced pricing and drive marketing campaigns to achieve card loan and revolving business targets
  • Act as a product owner role for planning and implementation of IT and digital product initiatives to grow business, streamline processing, enhance customer experience and meet compliance requirements
  • Review market / profit analysis to ensure product’s competitiveness in the market and expenses are cost-effectively used to maximize sales and revenue



  • University degree preferably in Marketing or Management Information System and othe relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in product development, project management and direct marketing with knowledge of credit card / card loan is an advantage
  • Proven project management experience for driving the launch of credit card or personal loan digital or system enhancement  projects
  • Strong business and numerical sense, with good data analytical skills to make sensible suggestions
  • Strong project management, problem solving and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
