Senior Vice President - Head of Business Development, Institutional
The Head of the Business Development (HBD) team will have primarily responsibility for the firm’s external funding relationships. This person will be responsible for managing the Company’s various funding sources including bilateral, syndication and club deal arrangements, as well as private placements. Incumbent will be working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operating Officer in arranging financing and developing new business initiatives. In addition, HBD will also assist management to oversee the financial management department.
Key qualifications: Degree holder with at least 8 years of relevant experience in commercial banking. Candidate with overseas commercial banking experience, in particular, Taiwan or Singapore, is definitely a plus for the current job requirement. You should be able to work independently and also a team player. Proficiency in English and Mandarin / Putonghua is required. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
