Senior Wealth Management Manager

AIA International Limited

Reporting to the Senior Wealth Management Manager. It is a sales acquisition role responsible for acquiring new customers via your own connections.


  • To build a strong network of referral sources for new customers.
  • To meet the potential customer to close due by providing professional advisory.
  • Responsible for the overall business development of insurance brokerage platform to meet company sales target.
  • Drive, coach and support the consultancy teams to achieve business results
  • Educate and coach consultancy leaders in building a strong and professional consultancy teams


  • Bachelor Degree holder in any discipline
  • At least 1-5 years of working experience in selling or in dealing with customers.
  • Strategic mind-set with strong sales drive
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Initiative and detail-minded, ability to deal with all levels of people, often in complex and difficult situations
  • Mature, independent and a strong team player. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, proficient Mandarin will be a plus
