Senior Website Administrator (Government Websites)

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the day-to-day content management of GovHK and liaise with internal users on content updates. 
  • Review user feedback and to refine the design and content of GovHK.
  • Formulate customer researches on GovHK, and analyse research results.
  • Coordinate with internal users in formulating enhancement plan and implementing new features
  • Lead the team in conducting UAT before rolling out of new features on GovHK.
  • Provide advisory services in relation to GovHK portal and the Common Look and Feel Design Specifications and Guidelines.
  • Advise and manage the branding, marketing and promotion for GovHK. 
  • Review and enhance the GovHK search services for better user experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in IT or equivalent disciplines
  • At least 6 years working experience in website administration of large scale websites
  • Work experience in managing website branding and content management are required.
  • Work experience in customer relationship management is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Skills for Graphic design are highly preferred.
