To provide day-to-day management of Server Infrastructure services and support, performance and service monitoring, backup operation and minor Software upgrade/patching, Server patching and daily backup review and adjustment.
To provide investigation, diagnostic testing and resolution of IT System, Hardware and Software.
To be responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of the Infrastructure.
To perform IT Helpdesk support including call handling, follow-up action, coordination and escalation
To prepare system documentation, operation manual and daily routing job document update according to new business application.
To perform monthly report and incident report if request
To perform 7 x 24 standby support services, if necessary
Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
At least 2 year experiences in enterprise server/networking monitoring and management service support
Experience in Microsoft products such as AD, Exchange, SCCM, SCOM
Strong knowledge on Wintel server, LAN, WAN, Routing & Switching and WIFI network technologies.
MCSE/CCNA certification or related professional certifications
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
