  • To provide day-to-day management of Server Infrastructure services and support, performance and service monitoring, backup operation and minor Software upgrade/patching, Server patching and daily backup review and adjustment.
  • To provide investigation, diagnostic testing and resolution of IT System, Hardware and Software.
  • To be responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of the Infrastructure.
  • To perform IT Helpdesk support including call handling, follow-up action, coordination and escalation
  • To prepare system documentation, operation manual and daily routing job document update according to new business application.
  • To perform monthly report and incident report if request
  • To perform 7 x 24 standby support services, if necessary


  • Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • At least 2 year experiences in enterprise server/networking monitoring and management service support
  • Experience in Microsoft products such as AD, Exchange, SCCM, SCOM
  • Strong knowledge on Wintel server, LAN, WAN, Routing & Switching and WIFI network technologies.
  • MCSE/CCNA certification or related professional certifications
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
