Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice to customers on after sales service
  • Maintain high-quality service to handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Assist in daily operation of the workshop and reception in centre
  • Follow up closely with internal parties to ensure quality service
     

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 2 years experience in automotive after sales service
  • Intensive knowledge of frontline and automotive workshop operation
  • Experience in German vehicles is an advantage
  • Technical knowledge of vehicle is preferred
  • Holder of valid driving license with Class 1 and 2 is a must
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
  • Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
