Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the receiving, storing and recording of all products receipt
  • To check and ensure the quality and quantity of food & beverage received as per the purchase order, HACCP hygiene standard required and the invoice from the suppliers
  • To keep and update records of all received goods
  • To maintain a clean and safety environment of the receiving areas
  • To ensure hotel’s P&P and standards are in place
  • Occasional outdoor work is required
  • Knowledge of HACCP is an advantage

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above;
  • At least 1 year solid experience in warehouse operations (Knowledgeable in wine storage is preferable)
  • Proficient in using bar code system
  • Sound knowledge of food & beverage products and food safety standards
  • Computer literacy on SCM system and MS Excel application
  • Responsible and independent with good interpersonal skill
  • Energetic with strong sense of responsibility
