Job Descriptions:

  • Handle customer enquiries and services request through e-mail and phone.
  • Process and confirm shipment orders information.
  • Produce accurate report to overseas office and customers.
  • Handle and resolve customers’ complaints.
  • Prepare ad-hoc assignment from time to time assigned by Supervisor.
  • Occasional business trips required.

 Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education / DSE
  • At least 1 year of customer services experience (candidates with freight forwarding or sales support experience will be advantage).
  • Proficiency in computer application, especially in MS Word and Excel.
  • High adaptability to dynamic environment.
  • High threshold for paperwork and data entry.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
  • Independent, well-organized team player with strong communication skills.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
