Responsibilities:

  •  Handle all incoming telephone calls related to guest enquiries
  •  Process local and overseas calls to hotel guests and staff as well as take messages when necessary
  •  Provide wake-up call service to room guests
  •  Shift duty is requested

Requirements:

  •  Diploma holder or above in hospitality management or equivalent
  •  Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in hotel industry is preferred
  • Must be customer-orientated and possess good problem solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills are added advantages
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
