Assist the Service Centre Manager to supervise the operation and ensure the effective courteous services to all internal and external callers.
Provide training to the team in delivering efficient and quality service to all caller
Coach the team to handle restaurant related enquiries, reservations, cancellation and taking in-room dining orders efficiently and accurately
Ensure all respective associates and the government authorities are informed at once in case of emergency, such as fire, bomb threat and typhoon.
Handle guest complaints and report daily occurrence and irregularities to the Service Centre Manager
Minimum 3 years of Telephone Services experience with at least 2 years supervisory experience, preferably gained from hospitality or related service industry
Familiar with PABX System and E-Connect System
Excellent command of spoken English and Putonghua
Good training skills and communications skills
