  • The Service Control Supervisor is responsible to Manager, Service Control for overseeing and managing live flight activities at Integrated Airport Centre (IAC) including company bus management and flight disruption handling.
  • Act as role of main coordinator at IAC and ensure all flight related messages to be disseminated to parties concerned in timely manner.
  • Establishment and dissemination of relevant reports on a daily, monthly and ad-hoc basis.


  • Overseeing and managing the company’s flight movement while on shift.
  • Coordinating the day of staffing for the IAC.
  • Liaising with airline personnel and company departments for routine flight operations.
  • Manage and monitor daily resources, overtime and flight On-Time-Performance  
  • Updating and monitoring ACDM system and provide updated live flight information to departments for their resource deployment.
  • Prepare and verify Flight Rescheduling Control System (FRCS) in accordance with airlines schedule provided to ensure accuracy of airport FIDS. 
  • Managing the recovery of flight schedules during Irregular Operation (IROP) situations by engaging FCRS system and release latest slot status to individual airline and all functional departments.
  • Ensure that administrative and control policies and procedures are updated and disseminated in timely manner.
  • Serve as main coordinator of Corporate Emergency Response Plan while on duty. Initiating the Emergency Response Plan when required.
  • Act as decision maker on behalf the airlines (if applicable)
  • General administration works, order stationary, stock control, update airline’s manuals, update leave plan
  • Update airline database/system when required
  • Organize training for the team and ensure training records are updated
  • Monitor staff performance and carry out necessary on-job-training


Capabilities and Experience

  • Experienced - minimum 2 years of job-related experience required
  • A valid driving license class 2 is preferred
  • Background of flight operations or station control experience will be an advantage
  • Good leadership skills & ability to work on own initiative
  • Team worker and shift duties required
  • Good English and Chinese will be an advantage
  • Strong numerical ability
  • Customer focus, willing to go the extra mile
  • Detail-minded is essential
  • Ability to work independently
