  • Hands-on management and strong experience in Service Delivery and Project Management.
  • Strong in delivering of Infrastructure and Desktop service projects, business projects or BAU requests.
  • Develop or update project plans which would include information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables. Establish and execute a project communication plan.
  • Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
  • Manage audit and regulation requests; provide and review the evidences promptly as required.
  • Track the deliverables and manage external vendors.
  • Generate presentation materials for regular updates to senior management.


  • Degree holder with strong communication, relationship management and conflict resolution skills.
  • At least 3 years’ solid working experience in Service Delivery or Customer Servicing domain.
  • Highly preferable with working experience in banking sector.
  • Solid experience in IT Project Management is mandatary.
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) is required.
  • Relevant Service Delivery and Project Management certifications (e.g. PMI-ACP) is an advantage.
  • Possess moderate verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with technical and nontechnical personnel at various levels in the organization. Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, and with related certificate is an advantage.
  • Proactive, a good team player and able to work independently.
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
