Job Summary:     

The Service Desk Administrator will be responsible for delivering timely solutions to Allied World.  This person will be responsible for handling all user requests globally and administration tasks to ensure effective operations of the IT environment. 

Job Duties:

  • Perform the daily IT supporting jobs by providing the IT helpdesk and technical support to all users of the Company
  • Responsible for corporate desktop / laptop image, which includes preparing, testing and deploying operating systems.
  • Helps in upgrades / migrates systems software as needed to ensure secure, reliable and stable operation of end-user computing environment
  • Responsible for diagnose and troubleshooting on system, software, hardware and networking issues
  • Assist on trouble shooting network problems which include WAN / LAN / Hardware / Servers / Software


  • Higher Diploma / Associates Degree Holder in Computer Sciences / Information Technology or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar support role
  • Strong knowledge in PC hardware and software application (e.g. Outlook, end point protection product and mobile device, etc..).
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is required
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
