Service Desk Specialist

This is a Service Desk Specialist position responsible to provide support on both internal and external requests from email and phone. This role will also participate in product launch and solution implementation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as 1 st point of contact on internal and external mail and phone enquires
  • Manage ticket processing and diagnose issues
  • Conduct follow up on ticket resolution and provide timely updates
  • Participate in new product launch and solution evaluation/implementation projects

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline
  • 1-2 years’ experience providing users support
  • Excellent customers oriented attitudes
  • Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in Chinese and English
