- Manages the Service Desk and Desktop Support Engineer

- Required to meeet the Service Level 

- Fine tune the Service Desk Support Processs and KPI from time to time


- High Dipolma or above

- 8 years Service Desk support experince

- 5 years WIndows Desktop Experience

- Good People Management and Communication Skill

- Knowledge of ITIL practiice is preferrable
