Job Requirement :
1.Minimum 3 years’ solid service desks support experience. (Candidate with less experience with good potential would also be considered)
2.Good communication with vendors on project management
3.Good understanding of networking technology (LAN/WAN, Cabling, Wireless)
4.Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows, Office, AD and Server environment
5.MCSE and CCNA certified is an advantage
6.Pro-active, good interpersonal skill, fast learner
Job Duties :
1.Provide local Desktop support services mainly on End User Services environment.
2.Work with regional Service Desk team on incident handling.
3.Support project rollout on infrastructure and end user solution deployment.
4.Participate in regional project and solution deployment in areas of Infrastructure.
