Service Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve service sales and service marketing targets
  • Explore & identify service business opportunities from targeted customers
  • Perform market and competitor analysis, develop competitive solution and strategy roadmap to market Huawei Professional services solution
  • Lead and manage entire bidding process for services related projects;
  • Allocate and coordinate appropriate resources and operation to improve delivery successful rate and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
  • At least 5 years solid experience in telecom industry, experience with international telecom equipment providers or telecom operator is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of service products in engineering/ maintenance/ professional field is preferred
  • Familiar with Hong Kong or Taiwan telecom market, good relationship with telecom operators is an advantage
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good team spirit, self-motivated and highly resourceful, strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven sales records in telecom service sales
  • Willing to travel in Southern-East Asia countries
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English is a must, Mandarin is preferred
