Service Engineer / Assistant Engineer (Electronic Security - Airport) (Ref: CT/CHB/SE)

Major Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for the maintenance services of electronic security systems (such as Access Control, Burglar Alarm, Communal Aerial Broadcasting Distribution, Closed Circuit Television, Doorphone, Intercom, Patrol Manager, Public Address, Satellite, Master Television, Videophone System etc.)
  • To attend emergency call out service as requested by customer
  • To report outstanding tasks, follow up customer issues and problems solving
  • To demonstrate system operational procedures
  • To provide technical advice to customers for any system upgrade, alternation, additional and improvement works
  • To attend site meeting and provide service support on delivery and collection of equipments or parts to the customers whenever necessary

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Certificate in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Holder with valid Electrical Worker License Grade A & Security Personnel Permit Category D is an advantage
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
  • Working location: Hong Kong International Airport
