What You Have To Do • Perform installation, repair, upgrade and calibration on robotic and conveyor equipment at customer sites • Perform issue analysis/troubleshooting both onsite and remotely, provide practical solutions for management review • Arrange preventive maintenance as per factory / specific requirements and ensure repair and maintenance activities of machines are well-aligned with customer production and to keep downtime to minimum • Provide training and support to external partners for service maintenance • Perform ad-hoc duties as required • Shirft and on call standby is required during non-office hours What you need to have: • Degree in mechanical engineering, logistics engineering, or related disciplines • 3 years of experience in equipment installation and maintenance, successful completion of a craft/technician apprenticeship in the fields of electrical or mechanical engineering would be an advantage Registered as a Grade A Electrical Worker (optional) Knowledge in AutoCAD, PLC program development, warehouse management system (WMS), network infrastructure, ERP or other logistics related systems is a plus • Able to work independently, willing to learn and detail-oriented Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (i.e. Cantonese and Mandarin) • Immediate available is a plus, less experience will also be considered for Technician role What we offer: • Five-day work week • Young and energetic work culture with regional exposure • Cozy office environment with a fully-stocked beverage fridge, self-served beer and snack • Double pay & attractive performance bonus • Medical and dental benefits and insurance • 14 to 21 days Annual Leave • Convenient work location: KCC If your qualifications, experience, and aspirations match our requirements, please send your resume with your current and expected salary to us.
