Service Engineer

Scope of Position:

To provide professional services and post-sales technical support to the customers and reseller partners

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement project installation service
  • Provide phone, email customer service and technical support
  • Provide on-site professional services including software/hardware inspection and troubleshooting
  • Establish a support escalation path through customers, resellers to the vendor


  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technologies or equivalent
  • Have 1 year or above solid experience in security, networking, Windows and Linux/Unix platforms
  • Relevant Professional Certificates in Security, IP Networking, Windows, Linux are preferable
  • Aggressive, strong analytical skill and self-motivated
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
